Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and Unoslot ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Unoslot website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming and sports betting services available at unoslot.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Unoslot Platform, including players based in Malaysia accessing the service via web browser or mobile device. The Platform's primary operating currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All monetary references in these Terms are in MYR unless otherwise stated.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on the Unoslot Platform, used to access services, manage funds, and track activity.
• "Platform" — the Unoslot website at unoslot.cam, its sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any associated applications or software made available by us.
• "Member" / "User" — any individual who has completed registration on the Platform and whose account is in active standing.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed on a game, sports event, or other betting market available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by the Platform under specific conditions, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the aggregate total betting volume a Member must complete before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which the Platform validates a Member's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "MYR / RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law, as determined by Unoslot at its sole discretion.
• "Game Provider" — any third-party supplier whose games, software, or content are made available on the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To register an account and use the Unoslot Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) and are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Unoslot enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with internationally recognised standards for casino-style gambling.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of, nor are you accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee, of Unoslot or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
• You do not hold more than one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of funds and permanent suspension.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme administered by Unoslot or any third-party responsible gambling organisation.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by Unoslot for any breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify Unoslot of a security compromise via our 24/7 live chat support.

Unoslot recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to further secure their accounts. We reserve the right to freeze an account pending security verification if we detect unusual login patterns, access from new devices, or atypical transaction behaviour.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Unoslot supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in MYR unless you elect to transact via cryptocurrency, in which case equivalent MYR values apply at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. The Platform does not impose additional transaction fees on standard MYR payment methods.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Members who have not completed KYC verification may be unable to process withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• The average withdrawal processing time on Unoslot is under five (5) minutes for verified accounts transacting via DuitNow, FPX, or e-wallets. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution.
• Unoslot reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as bank statements, e-wallet transaction history, or source-of-funds declarations — before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals may only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Platform's finance team. This policy exists to prevent fraudulent fund transfers.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of those funds.
• In cases where the Platform suspects fraudulent activity, Unoslot reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation, without prior notice to the Member.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

Unoslot offers a variety of promotional offers to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• All bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the specific promotion.
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings may only be used to place wagers on games or markets designated as eligible for that promotion. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — slot games typically contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Minimum deposit requirements for bonus eligibility are specified per promotion. Deposits made via certain payment methods (including cryptocurrency deposits under the 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus) may carry different terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period stated. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or extended.
• Unoslot reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a legitimate operational, regulatory, or commercial reason to do so.
• Any Member found to be exploiting bonus structures — including through arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or collusion — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for suspension.
• Birthday bonuses are credited on a tier-basis (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688) and are subject to standard wagering requirements. Tier is assessed based on the preceding 90 days of wagering activity.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the Unoslot Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from independently audited Game Providers. Unoslot does not modify game outcomes and published RTP figures reflect the long-term theoretical return as certified by the respective provider.

• Bets are only confirmed once fully accepted by the Platform's system. Any technical error that prevents confirmation of a wager — including network interruptions, server errors, or payment processing failures — shall render that wager void, and any staked amount will be returned to the Member's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by the Platform from time to time without notice.
• For sports betting markets, results are determined based on the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia matches, or the relevant international federation for EPL, Champions League, or UFC events). In the event of a match abandonment or postponement beyond 48 hours, affected bets will be voided.
• In-play betting markets close at the discretion of the Platform and may be suspended at any time during a live event for operational or integrity reasons.
• Winnings derived from placed bets are credited to the Member's account balance upon confirmation of the result. Unoslot reserves the right to withhold winnings pending investigation in cases where bet integrity concerns arise.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Unoslot Platform. Breach of any of the provisions below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of any person under the age of 21.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to conceal your actual geographic location.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information exploitation in relation to sports betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform as a conduit for the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or databases.
• Conducting any form of systematic bonus exploitation, including chip dumping, coordinated bonus abuse, or arbitrage across multiple accounts.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise distributing any defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content through any interactive feature of the Platform.

KYC & Identity Verification

Unoslot is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant operating environment. As part of this commitment, we require Members to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or upon our reasonable request at any time during the account lifecycle.

KYC verification typically requires the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo identification document, such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement from the payment method used for deposits (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet statement, bank transaction record).
• Source of Funds Declaration: For large transactions or high-volume accounts, a written declaration or supporting documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of deposited funds.

All KYC documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed within two (2) business days of submission. Unoslot reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending KYC completion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Unoslot Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Unoslot", logos, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of Unoslot or its licensed Game Providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Unoslot.

Game content, RNG software, and related technology are owned by the respective Game Providers and are licensed to Unoslot. Members may not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or extract any game software or underlying code.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unoslot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Unoslot's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Unoslot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform, and expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Service interruptions, scheduled maintenance windows, or force majeure events are excluded from liability.

Account Suspension & Closure

Unoslot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the Platform.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Request by the Member themselves to close their account, including for responsible gambling purposes.
• Inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
• Receipt of a directive from a regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring account closure or fund suspension.

Upon account closure for reasons not attributable to Member misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Funds linked to unresolved fraud investigations may be withheld until the investigation concludes.

Responsible Gambling

Unoslot is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Members. The Platform is for entertainment purposes only and is intended exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

Unoslot provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible via your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps can be set or reduced at any time and take effect immediately. Requests to increase existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members can configure automated reminders or hard stops after a defined play session duration.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, betting settlement, or account transaction, Members should contact Unoslot's support team in the first instance. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and a substantive response provided within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body identified in our current operating documentation.
